Whilst working at the local primary school, I came across these two brilliant websites. These are especially good for computer work, although there are worksheets to print off.
This is all about phonics, and it is graded, so it's easy to find different levels for kids with different levels of ability from beginning abc's through to reading fluently.

Excellent maths website. Once again, well graded with different levels of difficulty. Everything from beginning to some more tricky stuff. For Kindergarten to Grade 6.
